Well... it's easy. Just do the following and you'll get to know who i am. Believe me, it works:
1. Try to catch your hands behind your back, but this is tricky. Your right elbow should be pointing upwards and the left one shud be pointing downwards.
2. Constantly blow your tommy in and out.
3. Touch your nose with your tongue.
4. Now sit on the ground with your legs folded. Now put your right foot over your left tigh and your left foot over your right tigh.
5. Now try to walk on your knees.
6. Close your right eye and look exactly whats on your right.
7. And while you're doing the above six steps, hold ur breath for seven minutes.
If you have done these 7 steps, which i have mentioned for 30 seconds, non-stop. Then you can say, thats me. Now try it, it's free...... You'll never regret it. :D
